Daniel received his Juris Doctor and his Masters of Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire, and has studied intellectual property in China and Ireland, and has worked as a Summer Associate in Germany. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with honors from the University of Alabama-Huntsville, Huntsville, Alabama.
