Wagner Named General Counsel at Jackson Healthcare Solutions -- "Georgia Super Lawyer" Brings Impressive Credentials to Atlanta's 7th-Largest Private

Wagner brings close to 40 years of corporate legal experience to JHS. In 2005 Wagner served as vice chairman and general counsel, Lummus Corporation, and general counsel, Alimenta (U.S.A.), Inc.

Before joining Hunton & Williams, Wagner was a partner in the law firm of Hansell & Post.

A member of the State Bar of Georgia and former chairman of its Tax Section, Wagner is included in the 13th edition of The Best Lawyers in America, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. For the past three years he has been included in Atlanta Magazine's list of "Georgia's Super Lawyers." In addition to serving on several corporate boards, Wagner was an Advisory Board member for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and vice chairman of the Board of Trustees, Global Health Action, Inc.
