(PRWEB) November 21, 2007 -- Attorney Alan V. Edmunds from the Law Offices of Edmunds & Claery, LLP has had another victory in the Federal Court on a National Security Case. On October 31, 2007 the Administrative Law Judge found in favor of the Applicant represented by Mr. Edmunds proving that experience makes the difference.
The Applicant in case number 06-23362 was a 46 year old male with significant amounts of debt. The Department of Defense sought to deny the Applicant's Security Clearance based on Guideline F (Financial Considerations).
Although the Applicant had filed for bankruptcy twice, Attorney Edmunds was able to prove that he was not a security concern. Numerous exhibits were submitted, demonstrating that the majority of the debts incurred were beyond the Applicant's control. Mr. Edmunds successfully mitigated all of the concerns raised in the Statement of Reasons and the Administrative Law Judge granted the Applicant clearance.
