Do it for one month.

It is crucial during this process that you remove and get rid of any doubts that you won't achieve your goals. Remove any single bit of it. This will be a great test of faith, belief and inner strength. IF you need help in visualizing, compile a set of photos or anything to help you visualize your goal better. You may not achieve your goal in exactly in a month, but most importantly your mindset is starting to change.

Old habits are very difficult to get rid of. They are firmly stuck to your mind. However, if you are skeptical and willing to put your heart into this test, I assure you that you will be less skeptical after the end of the month. Do not take that for granted. That?s called progress.

To be successful, the answer lies in your mindset. Your mindset is the one thing that can help you accomplish anything you want, even the most ridiculous things. Your mindset is where all everything you wished for starts. If you start things off with the wrong mindset, then you will not get it no matter how badly you want it.
